          Our Fruity tasting Birch Jelly is made with pure birch syrup, sugar, pectin and corn syrup nothing else added.  The time we collect the sap and how it is processed makes the Pure Birch Syrup for our unique sweet Birch Jelly.

                   Birch is a primarily a fructose syrup and has the same  fruity acids found in most berries, so it only made sense.
