Price $ 9.99 for 8 oz
$4.99 for 3.4 oz
(Pure Medium
Grade)
This syrup is our medium grade birch and I use this
grade in most of my recipes.
It has its own unique flavor-more birch
flavor, stronger than our light grade. .If you want the
distinct taste of birch this is the syrup to try. This
is the best seller of them all.

( Dark Grade) Birch Syrup
|
|
Price $9.99
for 8 oz
$4.99 for 3.4 oz
(Pure Dark Grade)
This was the Original pure Birch Syrup made until
grading Birch came to be.
Dark Grade Birch syrup is a very strong flavored syrup
not recommended for pancakes but as an ingredient.
I use it in
marinades or straight as a caramel glaze. I just
use one tbsp in my green bean, tomatoes soup and it adds
the most wonderful flavor. It enhances the flavor of all
the vegetables but doesn't overpower any other flavors .
A little mystic syrup goes a long way. This is a
great companion to Soy sauce as well. Most
any recipe that calls for a little soy will be enhanced
by adding a little dark birch to the recipe as well.
